Convert MS Outlook Configured PST File to Lotus Notes NSF File

Step 1. Open SysTools Outlook to Notes Converter. Go to Programs » SysTools Outlook to Notes Converter » SysTools Outlook to Notes Converter software will display the following screen:

Step 2. Convert configured Outlook Mailboxes will be selected by default. Then click Export Mailbox button to start the process to convert MS Outlook mailboxes to Lotus Notes .NSF file. After that software will show mailboxes of all the configured Microsoft Outlook PST file as follows:

Step 3. Select mailbox to preview from the drop down list of configured Outlook PST files. After selecting mailbox, Outlook to Notes Converter tool will display all the Outlook items (email folders, contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, journals) if present in MS Outlook data file as follows:

All the Outlook email folders are selected to be converted to Lotus Notes by default. But users can also migrate selected email folders by un-checking the unwanted Outlook email folder as per therir requirement.

Step 4. Then click Start Conversion button to start the conversion process of Outlook mailbox to Lotus Notes. Software will ask the location to save migrated Outlook PST file. After this, Software will display following screen:

Enter the name of Outlook PST converted Lotus Notes NSF file foermat as per your requirements. Then click Export Mailbox button to Convert Outlook to Notes..
